Sears Auto Center Florida Mall Negligence and Fraud

Sears Auto Center Florida Mall salespeople lost the keys to our car. We have a police report on file with the Orange County Sheriff Department. Sears Auto Center manager Bob Parr also – charged for services they did not perform, put another customer’s discarded tire on our car, did not mount the tires on our vehicle properly which caused the tire to deflate on the way home, necessitating a tow back to Sears due to flat tire. Sears continues to use stall tactics to ignore our quest for justice and reimbursement for replacement of our car keys, house keys, purchase of new tire. Fraud for charging for oil change and air filter change they did not perform — we have the 5-year old air filter they were to have replaced but did not.
